Predictive stock
management
Working closely with the main online distribution centre of a national DIY retail chain, and one of the UK's leading packaging suppliers, we produced an intelligent stock management and replenishment system which actively proposed current and future packaging stock-holding requirements, including the consideration of emerging and seasonal trends and considerations for product lifecycle interventions. This allowed both businesses to operate much more efficiently, servicing higher capacity with reduced inventory, removing several manual processes, ensuring streamlined, responsive efficient replenishment, reduced wastage and producing insightful real-time management reporting.
Ultimately the system revolutionised the in-scope inventory management efficiencies for both businesses and became essential to a successful trade relationship with order revenues in excess of £6m.
Intelligent fulfilment
In 2015 we worked closely with a North American manufacturer to expand its international distribution capabilities through a new UK based EMEA fulfilment centre. We scoped out, developed, and operated an entirely purpose-built, end to end ISO9001 compliant, fulfilment system. This system included front end instant lead time prediction & order processing, intelligent stock management, picking, quality assurance, dispatch, international courier integrations and full multisite audit reporting. This company saw great success and went on to be acquired by a multinational PLC.
End-to-end marketplace
integration
A national manufacturer of educational products consulted with us on how to streamline their B2C and B2B fulfilment operations. Part of the system we developed for them included a full end-to-end integration with their ecommerce and online marketplace presences. Through seamless synchronisation of online sales, tracking and invoicing to their ERP and accounting platform, we have been able to save them countless hours of labour-intensive and error-prone data entry. This platform was later expanded to include courier integrations, product labelling, product certification, re-pricing management and automated remittance reconciliation.
EV charging network
In 2019 we were engaged by the UK's leading manufacturer of commercial EV Charging points to urgently build a brand-new EV charging network to replace their existing failing system.
In only 6 months we created an infinitely scalable, backwards compatible, proprietary and OCPP compliant cloud-based system including: back-office management suite, consumer facing mobile payment apps, debugging, configuration and internal management tools, which allowed for the provisioning and management of a rapidly expanding network of independently managed public and private use of chargepoints.
Subsequently we internationalised the system, produced innovative load management tools, order management and advanced CS management suite integrated with in-house ERP systems, financial statementing & reporting systems. As the network expanded, we developed a fully compliant OCPI service facilitating true e-roaming opt-in connectivity for every independent charge point operator on the network and supported the independent requirements of high-profile clients in an extremely fast-moving market.
In support of the client's next generation, 2022 regulations-compliant embedded hardware platform development, we produced a bespoke iOS and Android, Bluetooth installer hardware configuration mobile app along with substantial OCPP compliance testing and security support to the hardware development team. We also produced a comprehensive suite of production configuration and test tools which have dramatically impacted production efficiency and capacity whilst supporting the customer in producing a significantly streamlined product catalogue.

International marina
In 2021 we built a next generation, cloud-based, internationalised marina utilities management system on a rapid development schedule. We produced a wholly scalable, sophisticated system that was entirely backwards compatible with existing PLC controlled hardware, to replace legacy systems previously deployed in prestige harbours and marina complexes worldwide.
Marina operators are now able to remotely manage the supply, metering and revenues of electricity and water utilities of individual vessels across their estates through any web browser capable device. The system comprises multiple billing and payment options, API integration for existing ERP/MMS/accounting systems, iOS and Android vessel operator payment and services control apps with full reporting, push notifications and email alerts.
The system supports incredible volumes of transactional messaging whilst maintaining exceptionally responsive switching. A dedicated remote engineering channel facilitates remote fault intervention and configuration support for onsite hardware components.
The system has been successfully deployed at substantial prestige superyacht marina sites internationally and is managing very high transactional revenues.
E-commerce and EDI
automation
We have an extensive background in developing e-commerce solutions and taking advantage of every opportunity to maximise operational efficiency in online sales. With the power of EDI, we have seamlessly integrated many webstores with suppliers for ordering, invoicing, tracking, and catalogue updates, enabling hands-free and effortless drop shipping. Our bespoke customer service system links tickets with invoices, credits, refunds and replacement orders, allowing for fully automated reconciliation regardless of transaction complexity. Furthermore, our comprehensive marketplace integrations cover Amazon, eBay and more, keeping customers informed of order progress, synchronising product listings with real-time inventory, and applying dynamic re-pricing strategies in response to competitor price movements.
